General Shipping Information

We currently ship our products within India and Internationally also.

Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days (standard processing time) after payment is confirmed.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method.

Shipping Rates
  • Standard Shipping : Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of your order.
  • Free Shipping : We offer free shipping on orders above ₹1,000/-, subject to terms and conditions.

  

Any applicable taxes and handling charges will also be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We partner with trusted logistics companies to deliver your orders promptly. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 10 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 7 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen factors such as weather, strikes, or holidays.

Order Tracking
  • Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your package’s progress.

International Shipping
  • At this time, we offer international shipping.
  • Shipping Charges will be extra based on the delivery location.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions may cause delays.

In such cases, we will keep you informed and do our best to ensure timely delivery.

Address Information

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

We will not be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error.

Lost or Damaged Packages
  • Lost Packages : If your package is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days from the estimated delivery date so that we can investigate and assist in locating your order.
  • Damaged Packages : If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately with photos of the damage at connect@bioplus.life. We will work to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or refund.
Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from the shipping service provider, we will contact you to arrange reshipping.
