Refund and Cancellation Policy

At BioTech Industries, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and cancellation policies below.

Cancellations
  • Order Cancellation Before Shipment : You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us at connect@bioplus.life . Once the order has been processed and dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.  
  • Refund on Cancellations : If your order is canceled before shipment, the full amount will be refunded to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Refunds

We accept returns and offer refunds under specific conditions, outlined below:

 

  • Eligibility for Refunds :The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact. Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Non-Refundable Items :Certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds, including:
  1. Personalized or customized items.
  2. Gift cards or vouchers.
  3. Products on sale or clearance.

Process for Refunds

  • Return Shipment : Once your refund request is approved, you will need to send the product back to us at

Please Note : You are responsible for covering the shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective due to manufacturing issue.

  • Inspection and Approval : After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds for Damaged or Defective Products : If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. You will be eligible for a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
  • If you haven’t received a refund after the specified period, first check your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at connect@bioplus.life.
Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at connect@bioplus.life with details and proof of the defect or damage.

Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was manufactured defective or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, if applicable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of high value. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
